The Law of Unforseen Consequences
Everytime The most efficient, inexpensive, and productive means of energy production is achieved when free agents are able to innovate and produce what a free public wants. Top-down is worthless. For the record, remember that CO2 is not a pollutant. It’s naturally occuring and comprises less than 1% of the Earth’s atmosphere. In times past, there were considerably higher amounts in the atmosphere unrelated to human existence. There is literally no way to coordinate human activity with numerous natural input to arrive at a perfect “correct” global average temperature.
